ØTrained as a clinical psychologist, born into a Dutch-German family, she works in French, German and English
ØFor some twenty years, she has been assisting businesses or institutions in developing managerial skills.
ØShe supports, advises and trains managers at all levels, in:
ü - developing their skills and their practices
ü - guiding national or transnational projects
ü - crisis situations (change management, mergers, violence at the workplace and psychosocial risks)
Since 2002, she has headed L.A. Conseil and, with 6 other partners, founded the Efficea grouping (a LLC) to manage and
steer missions on a more ambitious scale
ØShe runs a think-tank on the development of managerial skills in France and Europe under the aegis of the AFREF
(Association Française de Réflexion et d’Echange sur la Formatiion), a French association for discussion and exchange on training issues.
