    - Identifying intercultural deadlocks: different value systems or opposite practices,
       conflicting organizations or discordant job descriptions

    - Analysing situation of crisis and making sure that the diagnosis is shared by all parties

    - Building a new frame of reference with the teams

    - Supporting managers and teams in resolving the crisis and handling situations of change
